Every jewel in this store is an unique creation with a story to tell, and was handcrafted with love by me.
Because my items are handmade and one of a kind, you may find small imperfections, which are the nature of these goods.

The name of my shop is a funny tribute to the World of Warcraft achievement "Skills to Pay the Bills".

PAYMENT POLICY:

I accept PayPal and credit card payments.

PayPal is super easy to use and you don't even have to create an account (if you pay via PayPal, you may pay via credit card without setting up an account) and it provides easy transfer of funds and a level of assurance on both sides.

Please send your payments immediately after purchase.
If you need more time to pay, please contact me before purchase, I'm sure we can arrange a brief hold on items.

SHIPPING POLICY:

With every order you will receive a discount coupon for your next purchase.

Shipping is discounted with additional items, and on orders over €50 is free!

I usually ship in 1-3 working days and I send my packages worldwide by Italian priority airmail, that offers no insurance and no tracking number.
According to the Italian Postal Service website, the shipment will take 3 working days for Europe and about 7-8 working days for the rest of the world, but this sounds more like an optimistic estimate because it takes more time (International delivery can take about 15-30 days).

Contact me if you live outside European Union and you need to receive your purchase fast (International shipping takes about 15-30 days), if you prefer a different shipping method, or if you would like to add insurance to the postage of your item (it only costs few Euros more); I recommend utilizing this option since it is beyond my control if the postal service damages or misplaces a package.
So please note that if you decide that priority airmail it's ok to you I can't be full responsible for damage, loss or delays.

Please also note that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Important thing: make sure that the delivery address you selected at checkout is the one you want me to send your order to!

REFUND POLICY:

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and refunds are considered on an individual basis.

If you want to return the item, it must be posted within one week, and be returned unused, in its original packaging. I will refund you via Paypal, minus the cost of shipping. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns too.

No refunds or returns are taken on custom products after the product is crafted.

I can offer a store credit or a partial refund in the event of severe damage during shipping. Please send me photos if such an unfortunate event occurs within 24 hours of delivery. I pack all of my creations very carefully to ensure they arrive safely!
